📦 Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product should not be damaged or tampered with

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable goods (like tea products once opened)
  • Items purchased on clearance or special offers

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was not delivered

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

📌 Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged or wrong product, we will cover shipping cost

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
